Our emergency repair service is available to all types of businesses who require their baler up and running, in the fastest possible time. We aim for a next day repair service where possible, this usually depends on location and the nature of the breakdown. KOMPAKT can also offer over the phone support where required, this can sometimes eliminate the requirement for an engineer to visit.

SCHEDULED SERVICING

To ensure the best possible performance of your machine, we recommend a scheduled service. This will ensure minimal downtime, efficient working practices and also meet the important health and safety requirements.  Statistically, it’s better to ensure a regular service as it can reduce costs in the long run.
